Previous FAHN president Jim McDonald will facilitate a day long team building block of instruction. The training is specifically tailored to Crisis Negotiation Teams. Presenter Jim McDonald has been directly involved with Crisis Negotiation Teams during his tenure with the Florida Department of Corrections and continues serving as a FAHN board member and instructor with the Institute of Police Technology and Management (IPTM).
The day will include a break for lunch as no lunch will be provided at the training.
