Region 2 FAHN Training Event: "Dual Negotiations"

During lengthy hostage / crisis incidents, negotiators can become exhausted and fatigued requiring another person transition and take over the negotiation. Time is critical and we cannot afford to lose rapport with the subject.  This training will provide participants with a comprehensive understanding and conceptual framework for Dual Negotiations.  Effective strategies for the introduction, implementation, and management of dual negotiations will be examined.   Practical scenarios will provide an opportunity to practice these concepts.
