The First Responder Resiliency and Peer Support Course provides practical instruction designed to prepare first responders to provide peer support with the ability to conduct individual psychological debriefings, peer support, make appropriate professional intervention referrals for peers and their family members, as needed, and to connect these approaches to enhance resiliency.
