• A general overview of the cognitive behavioral science behind difficulties in starting a conversation with a stranger, along with strategies and techniques to overcome those challenges; • Practical exercises designed to give each attendee an opportunity to utilize the strategies and techniques revealed in the course; • How does the Behavioral Change Stairway Model lay the foundation for a successful negotiation, and what can negotiators do to make it flow more smoothly?
