Course Description:

Mental Health and ALS Training

This training is designed to offer your team information on mental health issues and characteristics to look for in negotiations. New Horizons will also discuss their Mobile Response Team used to aid in the mental health crisis in our area.

In the afternoon we will discuss the training of Active Listening Skills. At the range, we can see our accuracy and shot pattern. How are you tracking ALS? The FBI has created a system, and we will discuss how to implement it and use it to develop your team. Finally, we will discuss teams presenting case studies at FAHN events and the FAHN 2025 Conference.
