Course Description:

Many agency policies describe Crisis Negotiation as a "psychological assault," with the assault implying a deliberate or planned attack. As experienced negotiators, how well are we able to construct, employ, and explain our plans of attack?

Join us on December 6, 2024, for a full day of exploring deliberate methods to influence others and gain influence with them. The training will include some basic instruction, scenarios for practical reinforcement, and a case study to encourage discussion of the principles discussed.
