For FAHN members, registration this year is $325 for those who register before April 15 and $350 for those after. For Non-members, registration this year is $375 for those who register before April 15th and $400 for those after. Register early (before April 15) and save ! CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation requests must be received by May 1, 2024. Cancellations before that date will receive a refund minus a $50 administrative processing fee. Cancellations received after that date, will not receive a refund.
Transfer requests from one attendee to another will be honored until June 3, 2024, as long as a new registration is completed for the new attendee. All requests should be submitted to the FAHN Secretary (secretaryfahn@outlook.com) by the appropriate due date.
