MEMBERS - Discounted registration for early attendees until 11:59 PM, April 15. Access to all FAHN sessions for one individual. (Active Members Only)

MEMBERS - Regular registration After April 15. Access to all FAHN sessions for one individual. (Active Members Only)
NON-MEMBERS - Conference Early Registration – $350.00

Join us for another exciting FAHN Training Conference Week !! We have an excellent schedule of specially invited speakers ! There are a variety of important topics as well as interesting and useful case studies. Please be sure to read and review the breakout course schedule under the Conference tab so you can plan your days.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation requests must be received by May 1, 2024. Cancellations before that date will receive a refund minus a $50 administrative processing fee.

Cancellations received after that date, will not receive a refund.

Transfer requests from one attendee to another will be honored until June 3, 2024, as long as a new registration is completed for the new attendee.

All requests should be submitted to the FAHN Secretary by the appropriate due date.
