Two real-world critical incident case studies presented by South Florida Crisis Response Teams.

Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office CRT examines a 14-hour armed barricade and the strategies used to reach a peaceful resolution.

Davie Police Department CRT presents “The Man in the Closet,” focusing on adapting when textbook negotiation methods fail.
