Course Description:

Maximize your team’s impact by putting the right negotiator in the hot seat every time.

This dynamic course teaches negotiators how to rapidly profile an individual in crisis and adapt their communication strategy accordingly. By mapping their own communication styles, participants will learn how to leverage team strengths for maximum tactical advantage. The afternoon session transitions into hands-on group scenarios, where students will practice diagnosing crisis types and strategically assigning the primary caller.
