Course Description:

Based on Instinctual Trauma Response® (ITR), an evidence-supported trauma recovery approach developed by psychiatrist Louis Tinnin, MD, and art therapist Linda Gantt, PhD, this interactive course helps negotiators understand the biological responses that can affect communication and behavior during a crisis. Participants will also learn strategies to manage their own stress and support colleagues after difficult calls.
